Delivery options & information

Please note that we deliver to mainland UK only.

We offer FREE next day delivery on all orders over £19.99.

We also offer the following delivery options:

  • Next Day Delivery: £2.99 (Mon - Fri)
    Royal Mail 24 Tracked Delivery. Delivery usually the next working day.

Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day using your selected delivery service.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change your delivery method. However, after receiving your tracking number, you can provide additional delivery instructions directly to the courier through their app.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no logos on the envelope or box.

International delivery

Please note, we do not offer delivery outside the UK.

However, we do operate in Germany through our S-Elf Juice DE website, where we offer a limited range of products. For more information, visit s-elfjuice.de.

Returns policy

You have the right to cancel any online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us of your intention to return the item, it must be sent back within 14 days. A refund will be issued within 14 days of our returns team receiving the item. Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs in these cases.

S-Elf Juice e-liquids:

We do not accept returns for opened e-liquids due to hygiene reasons. If you have purchased an e-liquid and simply don't like it, we cannot accept a return for that reason. However, if there is a genuine issue with an e-liquid you’ve opened and used, please contact our Customer Service team via the form below.

AEQ vaping devices & refillable pods:

Please be aware that items that have been opened and used may not qualify for a full refund. A partial refund may be offered, depending on the condition of the device. All refunds will be made to the same payment method used to purchase the product.

Warranty:

  • Devices with internal batteries / built in batteries have a 3-month warranty.
  • Replacement pods are classed as a consumable/disposable product and as such have a variable lifespan. This can be anywhere between 2-14 days, but this is heavily dependent on liquid, power and usage. As such, these are only covered under a 48-hour warranty unless they were faulty at the time of manufacture or “dead on arrival” in which case the fault would need to be reported within 48 hours of purchase.
